Privacy Policy
Effective Date
13 October 2026
Who this covers
This Policy explains how Clickr ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses and shares personal information through our website at clickr.cloud and the Clickr service.
1. Two kinds of information
1.1 Information we hold for our own purposes
This is information about the people who visit our website, contact us, or sign up for and use a Clickr account. We decide how it is used, and this Policy describes that.
1.2 Information we hold for our customers
This is the data Clickr reads from a connected system on a customer's instruction. It can include personal information about that customer's clients, staff and contractors. The customer decides what we access and what we do with it, and we handle it under the Data Processing Addendum. If your information is in a customer's connected system, contact that customer first. We will help them respond.
2. What we collect
2.1 Information you give us
When you sign up, use the service or contact us, we collect:
- account details: your name, email address, company name and password, which we store as a hash;
- billing details: your payment card is collected and processed by Stripe. We keep a record of your plan, invoices and payment status, and do not store full card numbers;
- connection details: the usernames and passwords you give us for each connected system, which we encrypt at rest, and verification codes sent to a phone number we provide for that purpose;
- configuration: the pipelines, webhooks, API keys, tokens and secrets you set up; and
- messages: what you send us by email, through a form on our website, or on a call. We record a call only where the participants are told it is being recorded.
2.2 Information we collect automatically
When you use the website or the service, we collect:
- service logs: requests to the dashboard, REST API and MCP server, run history, errors, timestamps and IP addresses; and
- website analytics: pages viewed, clicks, scrolling, referring page, device and browser details and approximate location, collected with cookies and similar technologies described in clause 6.
2.3 Information from other sources
We may obtain business contact details, such as a name, role, company and work email address, from business data providers and public sources, and use them to contact businesses that may want the service. Every marketing email from us carries an unsubscribe link.
2.4 Children
Clickr is a service for businesses. It is not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children for our own purposes. If you believe a child has given us personal information, write to support@clickr.cloud and we will delete it.
3. How we use it
3.1 Purposes
We use personal information to:
- provide, secure and support the service, including signing into the connected systems you authorise;
- bill you and manage your subscription;
- send service messages, such as a failed run, a sync problem or a change to these documents;
- monitor reliability, investigate faults and prevent misuse;
- understand how the website and the service are used, and improve them;
- send marketing messages, where the law allows, until you opt out; and
- meet our legal obligations.
3.2 What we do not do
We do not sell personal information. We do not use the data we read from your connected systems for marketing, or to train AI models.
4. Who we share it with
4.1 Service providers
We use providers for hosting, databases, payments, email, telephony, logging, internal alerts, scheduling, call recording and website analytics. They may use the information only to provide their service to us. The providers that handle customer data are listed in the Data Processing Addendum.
4.2 Destinations you choose
When you connect an AI assistant, an automation tool, a webhook, a file store or an email recipient, we send your data there at your direction. A pipeline step that calls an AI model runs on your own API key with that provider. The destination's own terms and privacy policy apply to what it receives.
4.3 Legal and business reasons
We may disclose information where the law requires it, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or to a buyer or successor of our business, who must continue to handle it in line with this Policy.
5. Where it is stored and for how long
5.1 Location
Our application runs on cloud servers hosted in Sydney, Australia. Some of our providers store or process information in other countries, including the United States. Where we send personal information overseas, we take reasonable steps to make sure it is handled consistently with this Policy.
5.2 Retention
We keep account and connection information while your account is open. When your subscription ends we stop syncing your connected systems, and we delete your stored credentials and datasets within 30 days of a written request to support@clickr.cloud. We keep billing and tax records for as long as the law requires. Website analytics data is kept for the period set by each analytics provider.
5.3 Security
Credentials for connected systems are encrypted at rest. Data is encrypted in transit, access is limited to the people who need it to run and support the service, and each customer's data is scoped to its own account. No system is completely secure, and clause 3.6 of the Terms and Conditions sets out what we do if there is an incident.
6. Cookies and analytics
6.1 What runs on the website
Our marketing website uses:
- Google Analytics, to measure visits and page views; and
- Microsoft Clarity, which records how visitors move through a page, including clicks, scrolling and mouse movement, so we can find and fix problems.
6.2 Your choices
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and the website will still work. These tools do not run in the Clickr dashboard.
7. Your rights
7.1 Access and correction
You can ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct it, by writing to support@clickr.cloud. We respond within 30 days.
7.2 Marketing
You can opt out of marketing emails at any time with the unsubscribe link in the email or by writing to us. We will still send service messages about an active account.
7.3 Additional rights in some places
Depending on where you live, including the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and some states of the United States, you may also have the right to have your information deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, to receive it in a portable format, and to withdraw a consent you have given. Where the law requires a legal basis, we rely on our contract with you, our legitimate interests in running and improving the service, your consent, and our legal obligations.
7.4 Complaints
If you have a concern, write to support@clickr.cloud and we will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au, or to the data protection authority where you live.
8. Changes and contact
8.1 Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy. The effective date at the top shows when it last changed, and we will email account holders about a change that materially affects how we handle their information.
8.2 Contact
Send privacy questions and requests to support@clickr.cloud.
