Buildertrend Lead Activities Dataset

Lead activities with the lead, assigned user, status and contact dates.

Fields

Every field a record can carry. Filter and sort on them by name, as in filter[jobName][contains]=patel. A field without a value can be missing from a record.

activityIdstring
Buildertrend's id for the lead activity.
leadIdstring
Buildertrend's id for the lead the activity belongs to. Joins to the Buildertrend Leads Dataset.
leadNamestring
The title of the lead the activity belongs to, as Buildertrend shows it.
activityTitlestring
The activity's title, such as Call or Site meeting.
assignedUserstring
The name of the Buildertrend user the activity is assigned to.
activityStatusstring
Past Due or Pending from Buildertrend's own code, or Completed once the activity has left Buildertrend's activity list (see isCompleted).

contactDatestring
When the activity is scheduled, as Buildertrend's activity list sends it. It moves when the activity is rescheduled.
lastContactedDatestring
The last contacted date Buildertrend shows on the activity's row, as sent.
lastContactedBystring
The name Buildertrend shows beside the last contacted date on the activity's row.
notesstring
The activity's notes.
isCompletedboolean
Set by Clickr, not Buildertrend: true once the activity stopped appearing in Buildertrend's activity list. False means no disappearance has been seen, not that the activity is still to do.
completedAtdate and time
When Clickr noticed the activity had gone from Buildertrend's activity list, not when anyone completed it.
