Fields

Every field a record can carry. Filter and sort on them by name, as in filter[jobName][contains]=patel. A field without a value can be missing from a record.

taskIdstring
Buildertrend's id for the task.
jobIdstring
Buildertrend's id for the job the task belongs to. Joins to the Buildertrend Jobs Dataset.
jobNamestring
The name of the task's job in Buildertrend.
titlestring
The task's title.
statusstring
Completed when Buildertrend marks the task complete or isCompleted is true, otherwise Pending. A task that left Buildertrend's open task list reads Completed even if its last code was open.

assignedUsersarray of strings
The names of the people assigned to the task.
dueDatestring
When the task is due: Buildertrend's end date for it, as sent.
notesstring
The task's description, as plain text.
isCompletedboolean
True when the task is completed in Buildertrend, or Clickr saw it leave the open task list and a second check agreed, which also covers a deleted task. False means open as of the last sync.
completedAtdate and time
Buildertrend's completion time for a task read as completed. For a task that left the open list, when Clickr noticed, within one sync interval of the change.
