  • endDatestring

When the item ends, as Buildertrend's local wall-clock date and time with no time zone.

  • durationWorkdaysnumber

The item's length in working days, counted against the job's workday calendar. It is not endDate minus startDate.

  • isHourlyboolean

True when the item is scheduled for times of day, false when it is an all-day item.

  • isCompletedboolean

Buildertrend's own completed flag for the item, so it is safe to report on. Unlike Tasks, an item that disappears is marked deleted, never complete.

  • completedDatestring

When the item was marked complete.

  • percentCompletenumber

How far through the item is, as Buildertrend's percent complete.

  • showOwnerboolean

Buildertrend's setting for whether the client may see the item.

  • notesstring

The item's notes, from Buildertrend's All notes field.

  • internalNotesstring

The item's internal notes, meant for the builder's own staff.

  • subNotesstring

    The item's notes for subs/vendors.

  • ownerNotesstring

The item's notes for the client, whom Buildertrend calls the owner.

  • rfiCountnumber

How many RFIs (requests for information) are linked to the item.

  • attachedFileCountnumber

How many files are attached to the item. The files themselves are not in this dataset.

  • isDeletedboolean

True once the item has been removed from the schedule in Buildertrend. Clickr keeps the record so you can see it went.
