Limits
Reading your data is unlimited. Changing records in QuickBooks uses runs, and your plan sets how many a day.
Runs a day
A run is any time you ask Clickr to change a record in a connected system. These endpoints use one per call, whatever the result: Create a project, Get a project, Update a project and Convert an estimate to an invoice. The count resets at midnight UTC. Past the limit, calls are refused until the reset; nothing is queued or billed.
| Plan | Runs a day |
|---|---|
| Standard | 100 |
| Velocity | 500 |
The wait between Projects calls
On Standard, the Projects endpoints take 1 call every 30 seconds between them: Create a project, Get a project and Update a project. Velocity has no wait.
Credits
Activate a customer uses a credit rather than a run, whatever its result. Talk to us to add credits.
Reading
List records, the run endpoints and Get your account have no daily limit. List records returns up to 200 records a page; page through the rest with skip. A file download link works for 1 hour; read the record again for a fresh one.
When a limit is reached
The response is 403, with one of these errors.

| 403 | Rate limit exceeded | A second call within 30 seconds on Standard. Velocity has no wait. |
